4CGLAD Board Members

The 4CGLAD Board consists of a minimum of five members.

As per the by laws set forth for 501c3 status the following are the qualifications and duties of 4cGLAD Board Members:

QUALIFICATIONS
Shall be of age of majority of this state.
Shall have lawful intentions
Shall have honorable ethics
Must have or possess a fiduciary duty towards 4cGLAD
Must promote inclusiveness, pluralism & diversity within the organization
Must possess the ability to perform the duties of office.
Must be active members of 4cGLAD
